My favorite part is that they not only believe him, they think the people pointing out all of his obvious lies are the REAL LIARS. It's been a fascinating (and troubling) lesson in the power of political partisanship and how people engage in motivated reasoning.

As for people thinking he will benefit them well that's the same lie conservatives have been telling themselves for decades now. It's not like the GOP has made a secret of things, their primary goal is to cut taxes for rich people. They may claim they are running on other policies but that's what they actually do when they win. Taxes for rich people have declined dramatically over the last 40 years and we all know that has not led to the promised mutual prosperity. I'm confident they will cut taxes on rich people again soon, using the same excuses, and it will be the same failure. If their voters haven't learned this by now and keep voting for them you have to imagine its willful ignorance and...again...motivated reasoning.

Let's hear it for tribalism!

The supply experiment failed see Kansas.

But that key data point is being actively ignored at the national level.

And they will use the exact same arguments that were just proven wrong like Kansas's 'experiment' never happened.

It's because they don't actually care if the economic growth parts happen, they care if the tax cut for rich people part happens. Whatever reasoning is necessary to get there is what they will use. Whether it's actually true or not is entirely beside the point.

The apple did not fall far from the tree. Employing the "dehumanize an enemy" tactic in its most elementary form. Given his target audience's inability to grasp complex concepts, I am forced to acknowledge it was well played.

Which pales in comparison to the hate from the left in the first eight seconds after Trump won the election.

can you please quantify that? some titanic amount of hate within 8 seconds? I'm not familiar with this. I recall a lot of internal reflection and acceptance of having one's ass-kicked. You know, the earliest stages of grief. I believe the left has progressed much further in the process. The right is still firmly planted in the "denial and blame" stage after the election. (to be fair, it seems this is the standard MO of modern conservatism, the last 3 or 4 decades)

Lower than pond scum eh? Would that be, oh let's say, less than human by it's very definition? And you're oh so sure you're better than they are right?

I'm not better than plenty of people.

Better than the Trump family? Oh yes, absolutely. That's an easy assertion to make. I'm sure you're better than them, too. Maybe 2 or 3 members here would be questionable, though.

So... What did they find in Hawaii that was "unbelievable"?

I don't think I ever heard what became of this, it just faded into obscurity.
I thought the "unbelievable" thing was that Hawaii issues birth certificates that physically look different from any that Trump has seen (his own) but that from State to State they often look different.

Did I just make that up? Any way I thought that's what it was.

Interesting you should say that. I don't go around feeling better than the majority of people, neither do I feel inferior however I absolutely know I am better than the majority of that Trump family. They spread too much hate and corruption for me not to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that my way of existing on this planet is far superior to theirs. I'm just over all a better person. The stunner is that it's easy and one would think that given the low self-esteem of his base that with such an opportunity as this that they would jump on it in order to feel better than someone... any one. The term 'they're wallowing' has often come up in conversations with my husband concerning Trump and family, this Administration and the Trumpublicans.

The best part about conservatives isn't that they say stupid shit out loud, in public, but that the actually believe it.

Your clownshow fucking Republican primary gargantuan winner was the Birther-in-Chief LYING to you and the rest of the Trumps Chumps saying stupid shit like Obama was born in Kenya. For YEARS.

The most hilarious part, is that you've been fucking played, and played, and played, and played, your entire political life. Everyone knows it, including you, but you're stuck in a position where it'd be really humiliating to admit it, so you have to double-down on being a fucking moron.

Keep on keepin' on, chump.

Thanks for demonstrating that hate so succinctly! Next time, jump *this* high :)

All this crying and sobbing because you've yet to come to terms with the fact that other people's money doesn't belong to you. Sad!

Funny that a Trumpster should say this when their leader certainly thinks charity money for cancer kids does belong to him instead. Conservative degenerates aren't exactly in a position to exactly in position to label anyone else "not even people", though they've certainly trying enough times in their illustrative klan history.

I suspect (at least most) democrats probably are people. They're just insufferable. Conservatives aren't passionate about politics, so they're less irritating. I assume. I don't live there, and they don't have passports. Feels right intuitively. Democrats travel a lot and are more eager to talk about politics, since they're slightly less stupid and base their ideas on complicated horseshit instead of simple-minded jesus. I lost interest in the whole trump story, probably because of the weather. What was Eric's position again? Maybe it's not even that important what he thinks.

Clearly wrong, admittedly, I guess. I mean. What if he's not, though? what if they're actually robots? Sure seems that way. Conservatives are more erratic and unpredictable, but I guess that's what makes them seem more human.

This troll you quoted isn't worth your keystrokes man. As soon as this fake account sissy admits his mouth is an orange cock holster... the better off he will be.

OK so you have the attention span of a gnat and people who aren't stupid make you uncomfortable.

It's an honest position I guess.

You could just said you had no clue. Would have saved you a lot of typing.

For a minute there I thought you were going to go with, "Eric trump is what he hates". You know to help illustrate his projecting.

Instead you went the opposite direction and told us we are the people who they say we are.

What's next? Are you going to tell us how shitty we are for not treating these people with respect, completely ignoring how you constantly tell us how shitty we are. I guess what's good for us isn't good for them, eh moonbeam?

I am telling you that calling people spitballs for calling people spitballs is actually doing what you're condemning about them doing. I'm not telling you anything but that. How you react to that fact, a fact that is in my opinion, is how you feel, not what I am telling you. You seem to react badly to facts. So do conser

To be perfectly honest, I completely respect your "fuck it, I don't give a shit about anything" take on the world around you.
