epson printers suck!

I got a Epson C42UX for free.



I still feel ripped off.

I hate Epson.
the only other printers I hate (not as much anymore) are HP.

Lexmark works ok from what I have seen, as well as Brother, and Canon.
the others = poo.

I went through two Epsons over about five years. The second one I nursed along for about 2-3 years, constant cloggings, etc. Even clogged almost immediately after Epson (warranty) serviced it. Finally through the d*mn thing out and bought a Canoni550-best move I made. No more frustrations, good print quality, reasonably priced ice. Goodbye forever, Epson.

I owned several Epsons without a problem. I sold it because ink is expensive and I don't really need color. Now I have a laser printer and am quite happy with it. But I would not hesitate to buy an Epson ink jet again if I needed one.

Another vote for the Epson 880i. Best printer I ever had. Ink for this model is so cheap I use it like water.
