The Asian lady that lives next to my Mom's house is a total MILF and she's about 50 afaik. From behind she could pass as a 20 year old (she likes to wash her SUV outside in short shots :awe🙂. I figure her years are numbered though. Good thing I already hit it and quit it :thumbsup:

I was at this wedding and a friend of mine(37) was chatting up this older asian chick we thought was around 40. He got a couple of dances in, a bit of flirting and that was it, she went cold on him at the end of the night. We find out from the groom a couple weeks later she in her 60's. 😱
 
Stacy Dash is one of the finest women on the planet STILL TO THIS DAY. For like 20 f'n years she has easily been one of the most gorgeous women on the planet and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. In fact I think she looks better now.

If you watch the NFL one of the black head refs, a guy named Mike Carey, is now in his early 60s and still keeps up just fine. He looks like he's in his early 40s. I guess running up and down a field all the time will do that to you.
 
Aging is genetic, enviornment, and other things. My GF is 38 turning 39 and looks like she is in her late 20s. I have friends who are 34 and look like they are turning 45.

Although Nigella Lawson has suffered a lot of personal loss, i am sure that she never had to worry about money. Never having worries together with good genes = hardly aging. At least, that makes sense to me.


I once had a job where there used to work an asian woman (with rich husband) She was over 50 it was mentioned. A woman with the life experience of a 50 year old woman and with the body of a 20 year old.
Where ever she was, you could feel the ambiance of sensuality and sexuality.

+1. While diet and exercise do play a large part, nothing can replace great genes.
 
Make, air brush, and photo shop, along with cosmetic surgery, can go a long way to making anyone look young.

As for the actual aging process, that is almost all genetics and environmental based. If you are rode hard and put up wet, then you'll look it too much earlier on even with good genes. But with good genes, and taking care of yourself you should look damn decent for a long time.
