Enterprise 4x09 - Kir'Shara

I think it's safe to say Enterprise has hit its stride this season. Andorians, torture, fleet battles, treachery, it's all there. And the ending: it's very important. This is the episode to watch.😀

Yea..great season so far. I hope it doesn't get canned now that its getting good.

Enterprise is definitely much better this season. For the first time in its history, I actually care about it not getting canned. 🙂

EDIT: Grammar

How do we make all the complete moron Neilson families watch Enterprise so it doesn't get cancelled? There aren't exactly many smart people with Neilson boxes.

We could all sign up for the Neilson boxes and give the shows the ATOT effect. :Q

We don't get Neilson boxes because we are smart. Only morons get Neilson boxes. You can see this by outrageous ratings given to shows like Everybody Loves Raymond and Everybody Loves Raymond.

its was a great episode...the ending is great and is making a great setup for A- The romulan war and B- the Federation.

man last year if enterprise was canned I would of been a little sad but would understand but if it is this year I will be majorly pissed, the show has improved so much.

well hopefully the dvds of season 1 will sell well if they do I don't see why paramount won't keep the show cheap for UPN and bank of dvds and syndication

its improved because they fired all the idiot writers and hired a bunch of veterans and new guys to bring back life into the series.

God I hope the Vulcans get their asses handed to them on a silver platter. So smug and superior.

And NO, I don't have vulcan envy.

I don't either.. but I'd really like one for a wife. She'd be hot for my whole lifetime, unemotional during her periods, and she'd be strong enough to open her own jar of peanut butter for the kids.

They need to fire Branan Brega and Rick Berman. Those two boobs are why Enterprise sucked so bad. I mean the whole premise of the show was based on time travel. Come on, there were plot holes so big I could fly the Enterprise through them.
They took an idea from DS9 that got into Voyager, and went wayyyy to far with it.

My major beef is that when Enterprise 1st started it didn't have the Star Trek name because they (Brega and Bermen) said that it isn't Star Trek. They weren't going to worry if anything they did contradicted or made anything that has already happen not work out. Paramount stepped in and told them to make it Star Trek.
Notice if you watch the 1st two seasons the title says Enterprise. Now it says Star Trek Enterprise.

...but you'd only get to have sex once every 7 years. 😉

histoically, most star trek shows don't do all that well their first and sometimes 2nd season.

voyager, ds9, didn't get good until season 3...

original series tanked on season one.

the next generation season one was MEH.

🙂

That'd be an improvement for the majority of ATOT. Not me though...I'm married...yeah it'd be an improvement for me too. 🙁

Enterprise was not call Star Trek not because they wanted to not have to deal with continuity stuff, but because they were afraid the Star Trek label would prematurely drive some viewers off. By not calling it Star Trek, they were hoping a few more people would at least take a look at it, though I'm not sure how effective this was.

As for how I'm watching it so early: Wildfeeds.😀 Someone is grabbing the wildfeed, encoding it, and putting it up for download on Usenet and places like BTEfnet. It's an analog feed, so it's not the nice digital HDTV downsampled encodes that come out after the episode airs, but it's good enough for wanting to be the first person to see it.😛

PS I threw up a spoiler warning - feel free to talk about the content of the episode now that there's enough posts to form a good buffer

Bump now that it has aired.

Nah, don't think it will help. Appears the only Enterprise fans here on ATOT are the ones who download the preair from Usenet 🙁

I wonder if the next arc will deal with the Romulans or will they keep this story for later in the season?

Ya, between the repeats, there's 2 bottle episodes before the next arc. This is a bit dissapointing though, there are only 22 episodes this season.🙁
