If I were to give a coffee enema, I'd add cream, sugar both in cubes and packages, the spoon, the coffee pot, the grinder, hell, the whole damn kitchen. Now, anyone want an enema cause I'm in a giving mood.

As long as it's warm coffee, the sugar would dissolve just fine.
 
the only enemas i give are barium enemas 🙂

in this instance, if they don't poop it out, it becomes concretions in your bowels.
