No, because then you'd end up with a bad case of spoiled dairy in your bowel as well as a yeast infection.

Coffee enemas have to be steril and have to be black because the undigested caffeine stimulates the liver to release toxins. Enemas weren't meant to be a refreshing drink. :Q
