Yeah, way to understand that not everyone with a license carries all the time. Not o mention that with such a large sample size its also very possible that the 2 have never met. Also universities don't allow those with CCs to carry on campus, hence why this has never happened.

And yet, ignorant buttmunches claim it will magically happen. And yes, people with concealed carry have been on the scene of crime and shootings before. In fact, it happens all the time. What doesn't happen is confusion on the part of police because it's over before they get there, or because the holder doesn't stand there with his gun out like an idiot.

Actually a number of universities do allow it, and many (maybe even most) did allow it until a few years ago when it became the rage to restrict it.
