Musk wants to go to Mars and he doesn't care about the cost. He would leave Earth a burned out cinder if that is what it takes to get his butt to Mars. The insatiable greed, the political manipulations, all focused on getting Musk to Mars.

Think that's not part of the plan anymore.

It was the plan when he wanted the left/ space/ science nerds to make money off.

Now he's dumped them and shit on them because of you know Trans issues since they support his daughter.

The current reality is.. now he cares more about creating the most nazis on earth and glorifying the nazi movement!

Need to focus in the here and now, what's coming.. not the past dude! That history is ANCIENT HISTORY.

I have no idea why they offered it, and I don't care at all. I don't own a Tesla and have no plans to ever purchase one. Should Musk's leadership make the company the most valuable on the planet, that would mean Tesla's are the most popular cars on the planet. I guess at that point he deserves the biggest pay check on the planet.
Either that or capitalism as practiced in America is a broken system that mis-allocated the fruits of labor. Musk never built a single car.

That's commie crap.
That payment is in stock value which is entirely speculative. It's value comes from people believing it has value. He's not getting a trillion bucks out of the cash register, he's getting a trillion bucks worth of hope, prayers, and hype. That value could evaporate in a single day.

Seeing as tesla's car sales have plummeted as of late, what indications do the board and investors have that theres going to be anything close to a turnaround for their auto sales?

Tesla car sales are going to get even worse in Q4-25 and into 26 because anyone in the US who wanted a Tesla pulled forward their purchased into Q3-25.

The value of the company is created by the workers and parasitic investors trusting in the future productivity of those workers.

My guess is none. Huge money based on impossible goals is a stunt. Why they felt the need to do it is beyond me. That said, there is no reason to assume the share holders are any brighter than the general public.

That's commie crap.
You are such a simple-minded man, can't even brook a mild complaint about capitalism. You were very well-programmed by the engines of capitalism against the evils of communism, never questioning who it was doing the teaching. Bow to your techbro overlords, lick the boot, shun your fellow peasants because you've convinced yourself you aren't one of them.

Is there a communist country that you can hold up that is doing well as compared to country that practices Capitalism?

From a personal perspective I think there is multiple European countries that have executed well on having Capitalist/Mixed-Market economy but still having restraint on some of the excess BS that we see in the US. Elmo would be exhibit A for that excess.

Why are you asking me this? Did I suggest anywhere that communism is a better option?

Do you understand the evils of communism?

Most Americans wouldn't know what Socialism is even if it directly deposited a Social Security check in their FDIC insured bank account.

The point of that statement was that a mild criticism of capitalism as it exists currently in the USA was made, and Greenie's programming kicked in: "That's commie crap." This is not the only example of his slavish devotion to the incredibly wealthy who wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire, or to capitalism as it exists currently in the USA.

Like I said, commie crap. The workers are compensated for their labor, and are welcome to leave at any time and seek out a better situation.
