From what I know, Twitter is headquartered and incorporated in San Francisco. Media Matters is a nonprofit that is headquartered and founded in Washington DC.
We know Musk is lawyer shopping by filing the suit in Texas.
For those with more legal knowledge, shouldn't this case be in either California, or Washington DC? What are the likelihood of Media Matters getting the case moved to one of those locales?
