Women come in all shapes and sizes. And so do clothes. Women who are fat and flabby should not be wearing clothes that were designed for a size 8. I am not talking about large/big women, cause they are usually gorgeous. I am talking about women who are like 30-40 pounds overweight who insist on wearing skin tight belly tops and low risers that are two sizes too small.
But on both men and women... exposed sloppy flab is very very unattractive. And while it is true that anyone should be able to wear whatever they want... they should not automatically assume they acutally look good.

Personally, I think her personality stinks from what she said.
Two small little things I want to add here...about two girls in my grade.
The first one is very fat, looks like a pig aswell because her nose goes up. Always wears tight clothes. Always. One time (and I know this is very wrong, but trust me, I had good reason) I called her fat, and she insisted that she wasn't. She said she weighed 110 pounds, when in reality she must weigh close to 180, and she's pretty short. It was kind of frightening, because she seems to truly think that she is skinny.
Another girl is the shortest girl in our grade, and probably the fattest in proportion to her height. Insanely ugly too, and a loner. We were at this "festival of nations" crap, and the girl somehow got it in her head that it would look good if she rolled her shirt up to right below her boobs, exposing her whole stomach. It was one of the worst things I have ever seen. I looked like she was carrying 6 babies, except it was chunky too. Keep in mind this girl can't be more than 5 feet tall. I found it odd that she did it because she usually keeps to herself.

There's one person I have the displeasure of seeing every now and then, who is probably 60 or more pounds overweight, but wears clothes designed for someone a few pounds less than her ideal weight. Needless to say, it makes me sick seeing her three bellies in all their flabby, bouncy, lumpy glory.

As mentioned by moshquerade and this thread, by no way was MM fat. Dress sizes back in the 50s were very different from dress sizes in the present. Hurley, while pretty, is not the sharpest tool in the shed to compare today's dress sizes with those of 50 years pass.

That was a 1962 movie still from the Movie "Something's Gotta Give". Marilyn never finished that movie.. the drugs and drinking and irrational insanities had already gotten the best of her by that point and she could not function enough to preform.

They ended up firing her, trashing the movie and remaking it .. naming it Move or Darling staring Doris Day.

meh. I find that's rather narrow minded. Also, "clothes that fit" would clearly need to be defined.

There was some fight over that baby, too... right? I mean, didn't the father try to fight tooth and nail to DENY it being his kid? If I remember correctly, he publically ask that she take a test? How embarrassing. I might be wrong...but your assessment of her life is correct.
