Whoaa!!! This thing ain't over yet please. If Kerry takes Ohio, then he has snagged both PA and OH and he can win this thing. Wiscon, Iowa, and Mich. havent even counted a significant amount of votes yet. I agree though, it would take one hell of a closer for Kerry to win Florida.

CNN numbers don't add up:

According to the stats shown at http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/20...ges/results/president/:

54% of voters are female, 54% of them voted for Kerry.
47% of the 46% of voters who are male voted for Kerry.

(54% * 54%) + (47% * 46%) = 50.78% total popular vote for Kerry.

Yet on the same page it says Bush is in the popular vote lead 52% to 48%. (23,276,855 vs. 21,448,707).

The numbers are self-inconsistent. (And generally a load of crap IMHO).
