Yah, this is basically my current setup as well. I have a tank/solo build and now a healing build. I previously had my healing build as my AoE build. Which I swap out my AoE skills in my solo setup as I need them.

Waiting for someone to put in a mod that will swap skills sets out easier
Wykdds Framework and Wykdds Outfitter does that for you. You can save gear sets and you can save skillsets. I use it for when I go into dungeons and tank, when not in dungeon use t to flip back to my solo spec.

TechBoy, regarding Rift, I played Rift until just before it went to F2P, my Guildies and some friends stayed on and play it to this day, none of them have given up Rift yet as they enjoy their raiding, however, they have all bought and are playing ESO atm and are loving it.
So all I can tell so far is that the Rift palyers are enjoying ESO and the different style of MMO it is.

Regarding dungeons, the change to dungeon bosses has not been impemented yet, it was on an 'upcoming patch notes' post (which also mentioned the change to chests in dungeons btw). It will either be Friday's maintenance or next Tuesday and the change basically means there is a cooldown timer on looting bosses (unknown specifics) this means standing around farming them will not be viable, but also means the spawn times can be left unchanged and therefore people actually trying to complete the dungeon are not negatively effected.

Nativegamer, if questing is dragging you down just stop doing them - the faster (legit) lvlers to 50 all did it via main story quest only and just grinding good AOE spots, there are a few guides around for it if that is your kind of thing.
I for one actually like taking a break from quests to enjoy the dungeons (even after I have done them and get no xp) I enjoy the grouping aspect and the challenge of them, you get no real xp from them of course, but for me that is good because it means I don't outlevel the quests when I go back to it.
Just running through a zone doing bosses, delves, getting skyshards and doing anchors is a fun break too - I actually often do this before I even start questing in the area.

Crafting I actually find very useful, I am always making myself a new set of gear - 500gp to repair or make a new armour set for free....no brainer to me. Heck I even take a downgrade to do it as it is not like I need the absolute best gear, it works fine as filler till I find better. Doing this has allowed me to reach 31k gold at lvl 22 so I can almost taste my new horse..
