Chocolate Silk is pretty good, even on cereal. I know this for a fact.

not only that but soy milk has almost no protein, at least all the junk i look at.. like 2g protein vs 8-12 for regular milk.. Whole milk has surprisingly less protein than 1% (which i switched to drinking tons of it)

Umm, that's not correct:

Organic Original Soymilk (1 cup) 7.0g protein
Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk (1 cup) 7.0g protein

and because this product was mentioned earlier:

Lactaid Fat Free Milk (1 cup) 8.0g

I found a whey protein shake that doesnt make me sick. After looking over the web the past few days at whey protein blends from various makers, including their pricing. I ended up looking into the Body Fortress brand that is carried at walmart. Come to find out its not a walmart brand per se but also carried in many other retailer chains. Well started looking up some reviews on it. Well most said that there are better on the market, but its hard to bead a $15 price tag on a 2 week supply (2lb container). It comes out at 1/4th the cost of eggs since 2 scoops = 52g of protein. So this morning I picked up some chocolate/peanut butter flavor after a few reviews said it was the best flavor they had. Mixed it with a cup of 1% milk and flavor wise I am impressed. Its actually very good. Not Ben and Jerry's good, but anyone looking to complain about the taste is just looking to complain period. I am going to give this a try for a month and see how it works. I need more protein anyway and this could be the best solution for me at the moment. The 1 cup of 1% milk "shouldnt" bother me if I take it at least 2 hours prior to bed. But I will see.

If anyone wants a link to the stuff I got halla at me or just as easy to google it.
