isn't this one of those things where one study came out and then another contradicted it? i dunno, i do remember the hysteria

Eggs are high in cholesterol, but that doesn't necessarily translate into high blood cholesterol.

If you have high cholesterol to begin with, avoid eating eggs, but I don't think there is any problem with the average person eating eggs, so long as your diet is moderately balanced. It's the same thing with sugar or salt - you can eat foods that are high in them, but don't go overboard and it's best to limit intake if you have a condition like diabetes (or just high blood sugar) or hypertension.

Eggs shouldn't reduce your lifetime by much, if at all. They are very rich in protein and a ton of essential vitamins and nutrients, so I'd say you're actually better off eating eggs at least once in a while, especially alongside fruits and vegetables.

I don't even have to test the eggs from my barn for cholesterol. I feed my chickens cholesterol free food, so where could the cholesterol possibly come from? 😉

So, what if I buy eggs from walmart and I was too stupid to check them. One was cracked. I ate it anyway. Should I go ahead and make funeral arrangements?

cheese. eggs. bacon. sausage.
