Does Canada get these cars before the US? We have the Yarris this year, I've seen the A3 around... we also have the CSX 😉

Yeah, I think Canucks are more receiving to these kinds of cars. No doubt partly due to the fact that we pay so much more for gas.

No, it's because the Canadian market is more receptive to smaller vehicles in general. They don't have the stigma that they have in th US (I read somewhere where the average income is also lower than in the US, so smaller/cheaper cars are more popular too IIRC).

Good on Toyota for trying to bring more options to the microtinyass car segment. I still think clown car when I see it though :Q

Center mounted gauges --

damn those!

I guess they never heard all the flak Saturn took for that.

The Scion xA and xB have center mounted guages, and their sales haven't been inhibited 😛

With the exception of that blasted center mounted gauge cluster it isn't bad. Huge improvement over the Echo in terms of looks.

Could be. I know I see a lot of those MB itty bitty cars(don't remember name) here in Vancouver. Haven't been to Seattle for years so I wouldn't know if they're used there.
