No, it's because the Canadian market is more receptive to smaller vehicles in general. They don't have the stigma that they have in th US (I read somewhere where the average income is also lower than in the US, so smaller/cheaper cars are more popular too IIRC).Originally posted by: clickynext

Yeah, I think Canucks are more receiving to these kinds of cars. No doubt partly due to the fact that we pay so much more for gas.
