The woman worked for a non-profit organization 24 years ago. She was not in government at the time. Vilsack and Obama had less than half the story and acted rashly and IMO for political reasons. She should be reinstated with her full benefits and seniority along with a formal apology for Vilsack and Obama who had sources telling news organizations he agreed with the decision to fire her even without having all the information. Vilsack should resign and Obama should be ashamed of himself for acting in such a crass, political manner.

ETA: now, Vilsack says he is willing to conduct a review of the case ... maybe he should have reviewed it first before firing her. Asshat.
