$1499 include shipping, tax? And yes, the answer is always YES in can be built cheaper because you're cutting out the middle man. Waiting for deals on parts makes the savings greater (like 15% off at superbiiz). Plus you don't have to buy any crap that's useless to you, or is of low value (2600/2600K).

I would price it out (correctly), but seeing as mobo and CPU aren't out yet I won't bother.

2500 at 220 "k" version at 240
2600 at 300 and 350

That's a guess, if australia is anything to look at sb prices will be inflated. (reports of $400+)

"CyberPower did a great job choosing their components. The motherboard is from ASUS, the memory from Kingston, the video card from EVGA, the power supply from Corsair and the case from Thermaltake. There are all high quality parts too, not the low-end variants we see in other systems.

I decided to see if buying all the parts separately would cost less than the CyberPower’s price of $1499 for the system. I priced out an identical system for 1448.95 and this was without the Asetek CPU cooler because I was unable to find a price for it.

I at least recommended a prebuilt would i buy it? no do i want anyone to buy it? not really, but it's up to them, if i were forced to go prebuilt then my earlier post is probably what i would get. (especially with the 5% off discount of "NORUSH" when you pick no rush preparation)
