Yeah but at that point it's not portable and I'd rather get the better performance that a desktop brings.You can connect the laptop to a external screen, you can also connect your own mouse and keyboard with USB.

I get that they serve a purpose but what purpose does giving them out charitably serve?
People need to pay for food and rent. Yeah people need access to the internet but a gaming laptop isn't necessary for that. Would it be better to give 10 people a cheap laptop or 1 person a gaming laptop?
