i think it is 50/50 or 60/40 that think he is annoying. i can't stand him. decent in transformers and absolutely terrible in Indiana Jones. i shouldn't blame him though since that whole movie was an abortion.

Ed Norton or david tennant would be great choices. The riddler could be a great character if played properly. And if I remember right, the guy who claimed to know the identity of batman in the last film had the same last name as the riddler.

Agreed. Unless Robin's role is dramatically changed, there's no room for him the new world of Batman, particularly when Shia LaBeouf is going to be playing him.

All they really have is Catwoman, who really wouldn't be a good main villain, the Penguin, who really would be hard to develop as a character, and the Riddler.

The Riddler can be done in the dark, gritty style of the Nolanverse. He will be the main villain of the third film. But I doubt it'll be Eddie Murphy.

You forgot Killer Crock and motherfucking BANE! I would love to see a movie with them as the two main villains.
