Damnit, Shia Lebeouf is annoying as hell.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so.

i think it is 50/50 or 60/40 that think he is annoying. i can't stand him. decent in transformers and absolutely terrible in Indiana Jones. i shouldn't blame him though since that whole movie was an abortion.

Eddie Murphy can play any colored character he wants. Remember the barber shop scene in Coming to A? He was everybody.

I was thinking of Norbit. Hell, he even played Mr. Wong. Text

he wasnt everyone in the barber shop, arsenio had a couple roles in there too... the old jew in coming to america was the best one. "ah, thats nice, what is it? velvet?"

Riddler and Catwoman are probably the worst choices for villains in this new Batman world; moreso the latter. The riddler is essentially the Joker anyways.

Mr. Freeze might actually work.

nah, i think the joker is more violent.

if i had to pin em down to d&d alignments, the riddler would be lawful evil, while the joker would be chaotic evil.

British news?

Sorry, but I'm not believing this until the blood, sweat, and tears of an American newspaper says so.

Ed Norton or david tennant would be great choices. The riddler could be a great character if played properly. And if I remember right, the guy who claimed to know the identity of batman in the last film had the same last name as the riddler.

The name of the character that said he knew the real identity of Batman was Coleman Reese. Riddler's name = Edward Nigma.

Well, that's gonna suck.

QFT

please no robin, he's the franchise killer.
have dick grayson or tim drake all you want as a backstory, but once you bring in the whiny bastard as robin, it's going to make batman more of a babysitter than a crimefighter

Agreed. Unless Robin's role is dramatically changed, there's no room for him the new world of Batman, particularly when Shia LaBeouf is going to be playing him.

I want to cry thinking about it :(

I think Nolan and Bale have both spoken strongly against adding Robin at any point.

The problem is, they've already dispatched Two-Face and Ra's al Ghul, established Scarecrow as only a minor villain, and can't use the Joker because, let's face it, they aren't going to be able to copy Ledger's performance without it seeming very poorly done. This Batman incarnation is relatively realistic, so there goes Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, and Clayface. All they really have is Catwoman, who really wouldn't be a good main villain, the Penguin, who really would be hard to develop as a character, and the Riddler.

The Riddler can be done in the dark, gritty style of the Nolanverse. He will be the main villain of the third film. But I doubt it'll be Eddie Murphy.

You forgot Killer Crock and motherfucking BANE! I would love to see a movie with them as the two main villains.
