so, the long and short of it is..

I have been growing more and more pissed off at the way Ebay is being run and the buyers/sellers on Ebay. So, when they cancelled my Nintendo Wii preorder auction it was the last straw... so, I relisted it with an insanely low price ( I was only making like $80 profit) and got someone to buy it now before they could cancel it.

down side: ebay suspended my account for misuse.

upside: my 600 feedbacks dont mean as much to me as they used to, so I really dont care!

you were breaking the rules. it does not matter if you had 6, 600 or 600000 feedbacks.

but glad you posted this. good to see ebay enforcing the rules!

okay okay..maybe not funny..

it will benefit AT though, because now all of the items I would have sold on Ebay will get sold on here...

Well, that is something to look forward to. As long as you're not going to try and unload the next gen systems here. That didn't go over so well last christmas with the 360s.

no, I sold a wii system for $350 shipped and thats what ebay doesnt like. I dont technically have the product so I cant sell it.

of course they are right...

Especially that I will likely be able to go into a store and buy one on day one.
 
So.... ebay is spending their time enforcing such rules, but doesn't do much about all the Nigerian bidders??

I haven't seen that from any official source, only blogs. I'm assuming for now that it's not true. Officially they're expecting to ship 4 million in 06.

ahh still a lot. considering PS3 is what 2mill?

i will get a wii. but i do not mind waiting another 2 months or so.
 
I think anyone who really wants a Wii before christmas should be able to get one if Nintendo's shipment forecast is correct.
