You should reply that there was also a tracking device hidden between the pages of the magazines. Add that his location is being monitored. His every movement is being watched. Let him know that he should seek protection from the Nigerian police forces as he doesn't want the American Mafia to find him, as they don't like forein scammers cutting into their turf.
