So I listed an Xbox 360 on ebay and a dude from Nigeria want to buy it with his lame excuses about daughter studying oversea and want to ship it to Nigeria just in time for her birthday and stuff.

He sent me a fedex label so i can ship the xbox out. I stuffed a cd with xbox writing on it, my trash, and my free magazines that i got from the hot deals forums.

He then stated that my payment was on the way. I emailed him and ask him about my money and this is what he has to say.

"hello Toan
i dont know you are not honest asi expect you to be i track the tracking number you give to me it didn't track it stop at poly gb so i contact bidpay to stop it that it was fake tracking number you give to me and since then i was unable to talk to you because i went on a trip so i was just back ok i want to get back to me with the solution we are going to do with it allrigth now i will be expect you"

But later that day, he received the package. This is what he wrote to me,

"hello toan you fulking and idiot you believe you can scam me you ship only magazine to i receive it this afternoon and i know how to get you rigth i will get you with my mafias so they will get you for me and you are in dealth so get back to me with solution b'cos you have 24hrs left to be captured.Bad day for you"

Oh, on the fedex from, i declared a value of $1000, so i wonder if he has to pay duty taxes for that.

Good bye, you got mafias tracking you now. Tell the guy that you got your mafias tracking him now and they will cut off his manhood instead of killing him.

:beer::D

And how did he "pay" for it? Let me guess ... he sent you a cashier's check for "extra amounts for covering charges please to be sending return leftovers thanking you"?

Btw, at which point in time did the scammers decide that they'll be using Nigeria as their country of choice? Did they all get together and their annual scammers' convention and voted for Nigeria?

hahaha, thats funny.
why you even bothered with the guy in the 1st place is beyond me. as soon as i saw tyhis guy was from another country and he needed it shipped to his kid in a different country because they are going to school there and he needed it done before their birthday, i would have deleted the email.

well, i have time to play around. The label was already paid for, i declared a value of $1000, so i'm guessing, if he picked it up, he has to pay taxes on it.

But what should I reply about his Mafia?

From what I have read Fedex makes them pay in cash whatever freight/duties are on the package before they can open it. So the guy is out some $$$ LOL
