Max reached? Maybe for you, as I believe it is a one time use (per account) coupon. I just used the $15 off $100 less than 5 mins ago and it worked flawlessly.

The coupons only take into account the actual items price, it doesn't including shipping and handling or insurance charges. If the item were only $10, but shipping was $14, $1 would be deducted. I just used the $15 off coupon, thanks OP. Plan on using 10% off pretty soon as well.

10% Off is not dead!

IIRC, they're all good to end of month, more-or-less.

Each coupon is one-use per ebay ID. IOW, if you used 10% already, you can't use it again, only $5 or 10 off coupons. If your ebay User ID is not listed in your Paypal account, (under "Profile", "Selling Preferences", "Auctions", then add that ebay User ID before the purchase.

What's your point exactly? How did I waste it? I use ebay once every few months nowadays and since they had a 10pk of 120mm delta fans for $24, I might as well use it, right? Ebay isn't the great deal place it was 2 years ago.
