Send him an email that says "Auction was listed acurately. 1MHz was listed because I couldn't simply list nothing. This was your mistake not mine, and I am not liable for that."

in that case... tell the buyer that you will not return shipping, he has to pay to ship it back to you, and he has to pay your listing/paypal fees.
