Okay, so I shipped out an mp3 player to a guy in Sweden in March. He did not receive it and after some time I started an insurance claim to try and get the money back. Today, the package was returned to me at the post office due to insufficient address: no name given. You can see it here
Now take a look at some of the emails we exchanged. He told me the exact address I should ship to, and he confirmed it.

Yay! Looks like I won the Nomad Jukebox. How nice =) The money will be sent to you as soon as I know how much the shipping will cost.
I live in Sweden, my adress is
Hedvigslund 4

Great! Thanks! I'll give you feedback at ebay as soon as I've got it 🙂

So, this is not my fault isn't it? I couldn't really tell if the first line was a name or not. Sure, there was a '4' on the line after 'Hedvigslund', but I thought it could have been an apartment number.
What do you think I should do? If he wants it, I can reship. If not, since the value of the player has probably gone down, I was thinking of selling the mp3 player on ebay again (this time to somebody in the US) and then giving him what is left after ebay fees/shipping/paypal. HOPEFULLY the mp3 player still works because the box looks a little beat up. Sigh. No more international shipping for me 🙁
