easy meals?

chicken breasts sauteed with veggies (either frozen or fresh). combine some soy sauce, garlic(fresh or powder), red pepper sauce, etc. eat over rice!

tuna and mayo on top of half a hamburger bun, slice of velveeta on that and toss in the oven on broil. in about a minute you have a fine redneck samich. i make them all the time.

And if you don't feel like standing over the stove just throw that all into a roasting pan and put it in the oven and forget about it for about 45 minutes. Voila.

2. buy food
3. mix food in frying pan
4. put food on plate
5. eat
6. ...

Salmon. Get a piece of salmon, rub some sort of dijon mustard all over it, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, coat it with breadcrumbs and bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes. Yummy!
 
Microwave some chicken breasts with a little olive oil, basil and oregano then dice.
Boil pasta (whatever shape you like we like bows).
Drain pasta. To the pasta pan add one jar of Classico Alfredo sauce, chicken and pasta.

If your wanting some veggies either nuke some frozen mixed veggies or drain a can of peas and stir.... yum! 15 minute meal...
