Heres another one....

Sprinkle chicken breasts with a little olive oil and Fajita seasoning. Grill...

serve as burritos with soft tortilla shells, sour cream, lettuce, tomato onion, salsa.... and if ya wanna get all fancy make a box of Zatarans black beans and rice and add that to your burritos.

God, now Im hungry

2 cans black beans
teaspoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix the above and heat then put on a tortilla with some cheese, sour cream, and some hot sauce. Quick, easy and not all too deadly for you.

Throw a couple boneless skinless chicken breasts on the old george forman, then toss them on a couple slices of whole wheat bread. Add a bit of BBQ sauce if you're feeling zesty.

Sausage and peppers.

Toss a pound of sausage in the oven at 350 for about an hour. Heat up a jar of bottled sauce, mix in a small jar of sweet fried peppers while it's heating. When the sausage is cooked add it to the sauce, serve over pasta. Takes an hour to cook, but only about 5 minutes of actual work.
