I think Webb is going to win Virginia. Right now there are only around 7,000 votes seperating the two with Allen in the lead. Along with alot of absentee ballots to be counted in Democratic areas, only 67% of votes in Richmond City have been counted and so far its 73% for Webb there, with slightly over 35,000 votes counted so far.

Automatic Recount if the difference is less than .5%.

I got all this from the guy on MSNBC

IIRC while .5% is an automatic recounts less than 1% or less the loser can ask for a recount and it has to be granted.

One source has pulled it's Maryland projection. Steele still leads at the 50% mark of counting. Wow! :Q

If I was a betting man, Id say Webb eventually wins this race. Hes come back from close to 50k down at one point.

Could be. The urban areas take longer to count.

The rule is: COUNTY ANALYSIS!

Cardin is OK. Way ahead in counties that are slower to report.

Ultimately I think he will lose. But theres gonna be a recount.

There is probably going to be recounts in 4-5 states.

IMO the Democrats will win MD

Montomgery Country is huge and heavily favors Democrats. 25% reporting for them

Prince George is another huge one that should go for Democrats. 58% reporting.

I think I've already said it 100 times already in the past 2 months...Cardin will win.

Which source was that?
I want to know so I won't ever have to pay attention to their inaccurate election analysis.

Ken Mehlman said that it was the Washington Post.
