Looks like a nice build OP. The only things I would recommend (if it's not too late) are to switch out the DDR 2 800 ram for some DDR2 1000 sticks. The price difference is pretty small and since you're going to try your hand at overclocking, the faster ram won't limit you. I had some 800MHz sticks and I couldn't get past 3.6-3.7Ghz with my E8400. The E8400 has a 9x multiplier which means you'll need ram that will do better than 800MHz to reach its potential. The DDR2 1000 ram is your best bet for guaranteed 900MHz+ speeds, especially in the 2x2GB configuration.

I'd also get a better cpu cooler. Heck you're going to have $1500+ into your rig so another $30 isn't going to break the bank. I'd do a little searching in the Cases and Cooling section for the best air coolers as they will perform significantly better than the Arctic Pro. The Tuniq Tower, Thermalright TRUE, Sunbeam Core Contact, etc. would all be great coolers.
