Hi guys. Im building a budget PC for my friend and want to know if its possible to OC it a little on stock cooling...Say 200-400MHz...

Here are the specs:
CPU:E4500
RAM: Kingston DDR2 533/667MHz (2x1GB)
MOBO: Asrock Conroe 1333-d667 (Onboard Graphics)
Code:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=ConRoe1333-D667%20R2.0&s=

Possible or not guys?
Can I OC it on 533MHz - Only a slight OC is wanted with stock cooling!
(Im asking because I have not used this board before)

The E4x00 chips will all do 2.8-3.0 Ghz with the stock heatsink, possibly higher if you aren't anal about temps. Whether that AsRock gives you any trouble overclocking or not, I can't say for sure, but I doubt it. I can tell you that an E4500 would be my pick for the chip to pair with that motherboard, because of it's 11x multiplier (AsRocks don't seem to like high FSB's).

That RAM can handle 11x333= 3.66 Ghz, before you start overclocking the RAM.

the e4500 is m0 stepping unlike most e4300s and e4400s (There are m0 e4400s though) and from what i've read overclock higher.
