More mario and more metroid.

Wow. Excuse me if I fall asleep, but I'm honestly getting sick and tired of the same shit from nintendo.

eh, I love Mario and Metroid. That's why I have a Wii. But yes, the continued lack of good 3rd party support is depressing.

Well I like mario also, but in general, Nintendo has been milking the same things for far too long.

That's all I'm saying.

Mario Galaxy 2 has been confirmed as a 2010 title. No word on Metroid: Other M yet.

http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06...oid-other-m-not-due-t/

Joystiq says both are due in 2010.

Plus, didn't the end of the Metroid teaser say 2010? I remember the MG2 one being the nondescript one in terms of release window.

I missed the 2010 in the teaser video.

That video is permanently etched into my brain. 🙂

Another big disappointment of a show. New Metroid is sure to be good, but its still an old IP. I wish Nintendo would be creative, and make a new IP. We always get rehashes of old games.

What's this about DSi FaceBook?

Also erg. I guess it's time for me to get a FaceBook page. Where is the MySpace love....

Where's the DSi Virtual Console!

I've already commented, but I forgot to mention that the announcement of the New Super Mario Bros. Wii threw me. I though that was their big Mario game announcement and wasn't expecting SMG2. I'm not sure why they aren't creating a new game, though. That's akin to just building additional levels. SMB2 aside, the big Mario games have showed a progression from one to another. I hope SMG2 has some really great and unexpected stuff.

Still LOLing at the fucking vitality sensor.
