I feel he looks more like a masculine Mia Farrow.
She also has features you could contribute to Frank Sinatra.

Alas, no embedding images possible from that site. See this page for a picture.

I don't understand why you are so hell-bent on defending a pedophile, but the statute of limitations has already run. All Dylan can do is remind people who this guy really is.

She is now a married adult woman. She said that she had PTSD from the sexual assault. You can't get PTSD from your imagination. So either she is lying or she is telling the truth.

If she is lying, you have to ask yourself why she would subject herself to worldwide scrutiny to make false accusations, especially since she has otherwise completely shunned the spotlight. She changed her name and lived in relative obscurity for the past decade or two. Use what brain you have and think it through.

People don't understand how prevalent sexual abuse is, and how fucked up adults act about it. I know people that were involved in disturbing things as children and the adults around them blamed them for the altercations. As if prepubescent children are somehow to be blamed for being taken advantage of. Police are also completely useless, these cases rarely go to trial if the defendant has a decent lawyer, and the cases are many times sealed so that future investigators don't even know what has already happened. The only real way to deal with stuff like this is to kill the molester/rapist and get rid of the body. If you don't the perp will do it again, and again and again. I would bet Woody Allen is a lot worse than any of you can imagine, he's highly intelligent, highly creative and has restraint. Those are always the most effective abusers. See Jerry Sandusky, see the catholic church, see Michael Jackson etc.

Except when it isn't. And not even a sort of adopted daughter, either. So there's that.

Sounds like Mia was a quite a bit less than truthful all around. And Dylan don't know Jack about it, either.

But as is often the case on the internets, crap is often sold as truth and facts be damned.

That's a really interesting read. You don't get to see all sides of an issue unless you look for them.

Sources utterly worthless > NYT > NYT blog.

The alleged victim of sexual abuse writing a letter about her own personal experiences = worthless source? Am I just failing to read some obtuse sarcasm here?

Regarding the OP, unfortunately adults typically railroad children on this kind of shit. They are young, easily confused and a good defense attorney can destroy them by carefully reading all transcripts and pointing out the supposed discrepancies. Too many craven low-lives get away with it. I absolutely believe Dylan.

Read the last paragraph. I'll quote it for the lazy.

Angst-Ridden Humorist

He goes on: "I'm open-minded about sex. I'm not above reproach; if anything, I'm below reproach. I mean, if I was caught in a love nest with 15 12-year-old girls tomorrow, people would think, yeah, I always knew that about him." Allen pauses. "Nothing I could come up with would surprise anyone," he ventures helplessly. "I admit to it all."

I'm assuming you're using that as evidence of a "confession"?
No, that would be an incorrect assumption. Reasonable people would wonder just what would possess one to make statements like that. I don't recall pedophilia being accepted in the 70's so it's kind of a creepy thing to say.

Which might actually reinforce what Whoopi Goldberg said, in that perhaps celebrities really don't think like normal people anymore. They're surrounded with people whose lives are dedicated to telling them how perfect they are, and how they should have everything they want. Has to warp you at some point.

We know who you believe you pedo-lover!

This is why a man should have his day in court. The media sells what gets people's attention rather than painting a "clear and balanced" picture of the situation.

I have no opinion on guilt or innocence. I think if there was evidence of a crime he should have been prosecuted. Otherwise leave the man be.

Edit: Dude "pedo-lover" srsly

What if there's evidence (maybe a lot of it) but no prosecution because the DA won't? Leave the man be?

You should also know that certain crimes by certain types of people are notoriously unprosecutable.

It's nice to live in a fairytale land where every man gets his day in court, but certain men do their best to never see court. Michael Jackson and Woody Allen for example.
