As far as the g/f... hmmm.. seems like you have a lot invested there... time and financial ties... but I would not allow that to make you take her back. The following the heart thing is a bunch of bull... how in the world can she claim that her heart told her to pick up some guy in a club and go off with him for the night? How can she blame her heart for making her a slut for one, and a heartless b!tch for treating you that way in addition. It is a lie... anyone who would ever behave as such is better off gone... you don't need it and although it hurts like he!!... console youself with the fact that you are above it and at least you are not married.

:(

The financial ties are going to be a ah heck to deal with.

We saw the opera before the meal and the club

I forgot to mention the suprise was for her birthday and I bought her a nice little DV camera to record the weekend.

I've just worked out in the last couple of days I spent about £500 on this suprise

A five-star hotel in London could eat up over half your budget. There is no way you could have bought a DV cam, opera tix, hire a car, and include a meal (even at McDonald's).

I call shens.

DV cam: £105 (scan.co.uk one day offer half price)
Car hire: £120 weekend hire (through work - 33% discount)
Five star hotel: £280 (Octopuss travel - advance booking 25% discount)
Opera: £50.50 each seat
Meal: £40 - family friend (sisters boyfriends, Auntie) is the chef there

That's nearly £650. Apparently you suck at math as well as relationships.

Here's what you need to do: Call up her mum and ask her out for a meal (use your reservation) to talk about things. Make sure she gobbles a few glasses of wine. Ditch the opera tix. Take her to the hotel, and fvck her brains out. Make sure you use the DV cam to video the whole thing. Then mail the slag the video of you rodgering her mother.

It's all a mixture of company budget, Cash, debit card and credit card.

Well guy, what happened to you sucks. Too bad you can't just write her off immediately and forget about her. You should show her the same level of respect she showed you which is none. In fact when she is around you should just act like she doesn't exist because it's obvious the woman you thought you were in love with doesn't exist, just some self entitled bitch that is in her skin.

Bristol? You are quite far South. I lived in Guisborough (TS14 6NW) for eight years. VeggieFrog moved back to the UK and goes to York Uni.

Anyway... can you afford to pay for everything without her? Perhaps your parents can help? Or you can get a roomate until you get on your feet? I know saying stuff like... you are better off without her... is meaningless while you are hurting, but in 6 months to a years time... you will be much better off... not that it helps right now, but it is something to focus on.

:(

I've spoken to a lot of her friends today and they are all on my side (they all like me which helps). hahaha when she gets back everyone is going to be saying to her WTF!!!!

I've had three invites to stay around theirs untill I can face her again (if she gets back).

I've opened my little black book (well phone sim card) best thing for me to do is have some re-bound fun

What they did was totally disrespect you. If I did that to some dude I would expect to have to throw down with him. At least if they we doing it on the side they would be showing you a little respect by trying to hide it. Out in the open is like them saying "You ain't sh!t and we don't give a fsck what you think or how you look to others"

I'm over six foot (about 190-ish) but very slim - he was the same hight and build like a brick sh1t house. If I even looked at this guy funny he would've kicked my ass easily (I can hold myself in a fight fairly OK - but this guy was too much to even consider)
Dude in situations like that it's not necessary or even expected of you to fight fair. A Pool Cue or a long neck bottle to the side of his head would have been consider adequate retaliation for his offense.

Agreed, the only fair fight is one you intend to lose.
At the very least you could yell out something about her raging case of herpes.

What ever you do, don't talk about what happened in London to your date. Even if she brings it up just dismiss it like it was nothing. It will make you look good plus you will be able to concentrate more on your date.

I've talked to her about it already - that's why she wanted to see me (we had a simi-thing going before I meet this two-timing *edited*).

I have the DV and some short MPEG4 clips if anyone wants to host I can email to them (PM me).

Wish me luck for tonight

Truer words were never spoken.

To take it a step further this applies to any fight. Treat any opponent like they are trying to kill you and respond accordingly and you won't have a problem. Nothing is off limits. Let him whine to his girl how unfair it was for you to hit him from behind with a bat. "Fair" fights are for boxers who get paid to take the chance of getting their ass beat.

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Got any "interesting picture" of her taken?
Post it online or PM everyone on ATOT, that should teach her a lesson ;)

..not sure what your implying about the MPEG4 stuff, but if your thinking about posting "that video", maybe you shuold think twice about it. However, posting a bunch of photos or videos where she looks messed up or in embarressing in some way would be a nice way to get revenge

Nice to hear from the authorities of fighting at ATOT. It's probably for the best that you didn't do anything  - if that skank didn't shag this bloke, it would've been the next anyhow.

So, did you have fun at the date?

this just reenforces my belief that a prenup is necessary in today's day and age b4 any marriage. you just never know when the girl's gonna have a "change of heart" and walk up and leave. the stakes are a lot higher in marriage since she can take some of your stuff with her.

good thing u 2 werent married

and i hope you had fun on your date. you deserve it!!

I've just got back from the date: I've known her for a while and we've been mates because of her being involved then me being involved, vise vera, etc, etc.

Well had a nice meal (she cooked) bottle of red, good talk about my situation. During which, my ex missus best friend called me, damn it not now!!!

But it was funny 'cos my date wanted me to put on loudspeaker, which I did - three way conversation about how my ex was being a b1tch, no respect, etc, etc. That was nice to vent with two good people I know very well.

Conversation progressed into life ambitions, security, settling down during which.............damn it only kisses and cuddles - oh, well there's always Wednesday (next date planned).

I have no "embarressing" video footage of her - put I did find one which made me think................if anyone ould host this for me it will explain a lot, and possibly re-inforce my opinion of why Saturaday night happened the way it did (shot on Friday night, we left on sat morning).
