Dumped g/friend on The London Experiance

A few weeks ago , I decided to suprise my, at the time g/friend, by:

Hiring a very nice car to drive to London (3hr trip)
Booking a 5 star hotel (w' marbled on-suite, four poster bed, etc)
Booking Opera tickets at Her Majesty's Theatre Royal (box seats)
Table for two at a very nice Resturant
etc.

Well the time came yesturday to put that plan into action. Everthing went all OK untill we went out clubbing

guess what happened........?

Didn't come back to hotel

Stayed around the blokes house and in London for a second night

Meanwhile I went on a date - which went well

I can say that we weren't in the friend zone as we live together, bought a car together, go an holidays together and other stuff which normal persons do during evenings & and mornings (and cheaky lunch breaks).

Yes she did step on my nuts very hard - I can tell you when she comes back (if she comes back)- she isn't saying here, I've called a couple of her friends to see if they have any sofa space for her

If I ever did something like that I would have 24hours to get all my stuff out of the house, or the b/f would have a dumpster parked in front and all my stuff would go out the window. If he did it, he would not ever come home again, cause I would ensure he never ate with his own teeth ever again.

Thank you, I'm not in the stage yet where I can meet people face-to-face. I don't know what I should be doing, feeling, etc.

Options:

Laugh or I'll cry
Angry - throw stuff around
Chuck her stuff out
Tell her parents (very strict catholic parents - they will kick her arse)
Track down the geezer and chop his balls off.

The funny thing is as soon as I got back home. I fired up the comp and had to post.

The last text message I received from her:

"Dear Monkeymuppet, I chose to follow my heart. Don't b upset with me. I'm thankfull of everything you did for me. Hope you do better"


The follow the heart things is because she was having problems at work where she needed to make a decision and I said follow what you feel rather than what your head says because if you start thinknig about, you over-anaylize and make the wrong decision. I never though she would use my advise against me as a reason.

WTF and you let that happen? It's one thing if it was a date but your Old Lady taking off with some other swinging dick? Man any guy with any sort of self esteem would have kicked some ass (the dudes) and then sent that bitch packing.

What they did was totally disrespect you. If I did that to some dude I would expect to have to throw down with him. At least if they we doing it on the side they would be showing you a little respect by trying to hide it. Out in the open is like them saying "You ain't sh!t and we don't give a fsck what you think or how you look to others"

I forgot to mention the suprise was for her birthday and I bought her a nice little DV camera to record the weekend.

I've just worked out in the last couple of days I spent about £500 on this suprise

I'm over six foot (about 190-ish) but very slim - he was the same hight and build like a brick sh1t house. If I even looked at this guy funny he would've kicked my ass easily (I can hold myself in a fight fairly OK - but this guy was too much to even consider)

A five-star hotel in London could eat up over half your budget. There is no way you could have bought a DV cam, opera tix, hire a car, and include a meal (even at McDonald's).

As far as the g/f... hmmm.. seems like you have a lot invested there... time and financial ties... but I would not allow that to make you take her back. The following the heart thing is a bunch of bull... how in the world can she claim that her heart told her to pick up some guy in a club and go off with him for the night? How can she blame her heart for making her a slut for one, and a heartless b!tch for treating you that way in addition. It is a lie... anyone who would ever behave as such is better off gone... you don't need it and although it hurts like he!!... console youself with the fact that you are above it and at least you are not married.

Dude in situations like that it's not necessary or even expected of you to fight fair. A Pool Cue or a long neck bottle to the side of his head would have been consider adequate retaliation for his offense.

Opera: £50.50 each seat
Meal: £40 - family friend (sisters boyfriends, Auntie) is the chef there
