thats pretty true. pf changs is meh, neighborhood msg loaded family owned = pro. and if you arent at risk to get stabbed at a mexican restaurant its not worth it.
 
Do these people know they're just going to get a slap on the wrist, or do they just not give a damn about the consequences. Do they start balling and begging for just another chance / this is the first time I've done this / other sob story?

Did you mean this was his 7th arrest for DUI or you caught 7 people in one day for DUI??. It's amazing to me how many people have multiple arrests (and convictions) for this yet still somehow still have a license, after #'s 3, 4 you would hope their license would be suspended permanently.

I got carjacked at knife-point in the drive-thru of a Mexican restaurant. Pity about the car, but damn good food. Will go again.

If they are willing to drink and drive, do you think a little thing like a suspended license will stop them? That's like saying criminals don't have guns because they can't get CCW permits.

i'd say most people who drink and drive have just had one too many or still think they're fine to drive.

If you would have gotten a finger food, like sweet & sour chicken, you could have eaten it while you were driving to the scene. 😛

Yes, I know that sweet & sour chicken isn't really "Chinese" food, but at most American Chinese restaurants, neither is 99% of the other stuff on the menu.
