Ok everyone has been giving me bad feedback about the K6-2 and 3 processors. I have one pentium pro cpu somewhere so i was thinking how a dual pentium pro setup would do. Any better than celeron's or k6-2's?

They're great CPUs, but old. A celeron @ 400+ would likely beat 2 of them in most apps. What are you planning on doing with the system?

Check Pricewatch. I recently saw a motherboard for 15.00 new for old pentium pro's. But purring one together with fans might cost you more than a super cheap PC.

But if you go that route it will be fine for what you are doing.

Or you could go to surplus computer outlet and get a P3 466 machine for 70.00 that will be much faster.
