well, after taking the prescribed dose, I am feeling no pain . and as another plus, the electro stimulator is doing wonders at managing the pain as well.

Just got a refill from the doc. He was trying to give me the 5.0 weenies but I stuck to my guns and walked out with the 7.5's.

Just woke up, but the night was rough. Got my foot tangled up in the sheets, and yanked it good. Talk about painful. So I popped a couple of pills at 4 am, and turned up the voltage on the tens unit. at about 5 am I finally went back to sleep, and now the foot is swelling. Time to ice it down and take the other meds.

Well now I'm on the $hit list as well, had a 475lb drum land on the top of my foot at work
last night. Xrays show severe sprain, possible tarsal bone problem, left the Hospital on
crutches and a splint. Oh, and a script for Hydrocodone 10/650 Mg. Have to see an ortho-
-pedist on monday to check for tendon or ligament damage..Must be bad karma for telling

Better today, on a Matrix and Starwars Marathon right now. I had to switch to ultracet, I started to react to the hydrocodone. Made me feel like I was covered in creepy crawlies.

Yeah, Vicodin gives me some icky side effects too. Percocet was my bestest friend on a recent surgery I had.

The unit goes up to 50 mA, and I have had it up to 47 mA, but for the most part 37mA seems to be the best setting.

I have some hydromet cough syrup (hydrocodone with something to dry up the crap in your lungs) because I've been sick, and that stuff makes me dream really stupid, elaborate, vivid dreams all night long. I don't know why, plain old vicodin doesn't do that to me. It's actually pretty entertaining. :laugh:

I have lots of oxycodone at home. I took hydrocodone for a while, I still hurt like hell but it made me not care. The oxycodone seems to make the pain go away a bit more. I tried morphine too, mostly I was just dizzy. Enjoy your meds, and as others have said you'll want to be sure to drink lots of liquids and even consider a stool softener... after a few days you'll be passing little rabbit turds that are harder then diamonds. I guess the sliver lining to that cloud is that whiping is practically not needed.

never really used pain meds before. had percocet for a wisdom tooth removal, but only used like 3 and threw the other 27 in the trash. didn't know they were so valuable.

I was on Ultracet for years. i was deperssed when it stoped doing any good.

Whben i first started takeing Hydrocodone it did effect me. though not as bad as you had it. though if i take 2 at once it really makes me feel good.

oh one time i got a shot of diludide (sp?) and man i felt great. besides the no pain at all i started playing SM3 and laughing my ass off. my wife was a little worried on that heh

Take like five hydrocodone at once. Ha.
