Watching the latest episode, I'm loving it.

It's a joke on the show. For the first several seasons, whenever one of his assistants suggested lupus, he'd say "it's not lupus" for one reason or another. At one point he said "it's NEVER lupus." Then finally one of the patients actually did have lupus and he was shocked.

It's worth watching, but like Chuck, it's run it's course.

Great show, always enjoyed it. Only a few bad episodes. I've liked this season as well. I think it's time for it to end though, don't want to overstay your welcome like many popular shows end up doing.
