Nice find. Looks like they are still posting the review on the site. I can't go any further than page 3.

Sucks that I just bought a 20D. This looks just as good.

Eh, I bought one too...so it's a sunk cost :p

But I still think the 20D is better-built, designed to take more of a licking. Then again, since I baby my stuff, it would have probably made more sense for me to have bought a 350D and some nice L glass instead.

Damn.

This thing has the same battery as the Powershot S60 which I have and the Optura 500 which I also have. It would have been nice to be able to swap the same battery between all of them.

I think there is an L series lens that costs $70,000.

Cheapest L lens is like $800 I think. Then the sky is the limit.

Any serious photographer will spend much more on lenses than camera bodies.

Though I must say that Canon is being a biatch about new lenses. What they offer now are pretty old designs (aside from the EF-S lenses). L lenses, though great, do tend to be heavy too. Canon needs to revamp their lineup, and I am excited to see Sigma and Tamron taking up some of the slack.

**FIXED**

:frown:

I'm thinking I'll wait for the 20D successor to come out and use that as my next upgrade path. Keep the 300D as a backup cam or second cam if I get into sports shooting and want a different optical range without swapping lenses on the main.
