3 door hatchback Focus probably 01 or 02, tons of rust, with a 5.0L badge on both sides, an SVT badge on both sides, with hubcaps, and a fart can exhaust. I LOLed pretty hard. Just saw it today on my way home from the grocery store.

If you cannot afford a freaking sweet car ($50k+) you should not be trying to be a "budget baller" and pimping out your Civic or some other crappy car.

End of story.

Eh? There are a ton of good cars under $50k that can be modded quite nicely without going rice.

BMW 335, Evo X, Subie WRX/STi, 350z, Mustangs...etc.

Sorry, 404 - Sweet Car Not Found.

I'm talking CL600 Benzes, Ferraris, Nissan GTR, BMW M5 and M6s, etc.

You're wasting your time with that budget baller crap.

I drive a Scion BTW, with no mods and I treat it like crap. When the time comes for me to buy a "sweet car," I'll be looking at a real one.

Spoken like someone who views cars as a status symbol, not as someone who enjoys driving.

I'm pretty sure he's just trolling. He pulls the same BS with the infamous $200 jeans in ATOT.

As for this thread, I don't care what people do with their cars as long as they don't make them obnoxiously/annoyingly loud. There's just as many a-holes that throw on terrible sounding exhausts on a V8 truck/Camaro/Mustang and go around revving it up all the time. That bugs me more than someone with a poorly fitted body kit that's still in primer or any stickers/decals they put on their car.

Oh, I guess also the a-holes that put on "HID" kits and don't install them properly.

Not trolling dude, sorry, it's just my opinion.

Just as many people to this thread putting down these cheap Civics and ricers saying they're crap, I can assure you some guy when an big Benz or Italian sports car is going to laugh some 3 series BMW.

If you're going to do something, do it right. That's just my motto. Don't limp into the game.

Yeah, sorry, but your past posting precedes you.

Balling? Shit, none of those are balling either. Unless you've got a diamond encrusted carbon fiber Veyron Super Sport, you're not balling. Of course, even that's not balling. Personal helicopter and private jet/yacht is what's balling, dawg.

nothing wrong with them. your LS has projectors right? no problem with HIDs (unless they're pink/purple/green/etc...) interior LEDs is just fine, again, as long as they're not pink/purple/etc.... the rotors are probably overkill on your LS though, but they're not ugly or really tacky. I love seeing all the dudebros here with huge rims on their trucks/suv/car and the tiny little rotors or even drums. LOL

how about tiny wheels that barely clear the rotors and calipers?

You're a certified moron..
true "car" people don't look down on other cars just because of the price tag.

I roll with exotics all the time at track and local car club meets and weather you are driving a track only Miata or a limited edition Lambo all the car guys still compare notes and still appreciate all aspects of the cars and the lifestyle that goes with being a car lover..
those fake morons that only drive their Ferrari to Starbucks 1 time a weekend while wearing 200 dollar jeans.. and looking down their nose at any car they deem inferior.. now those are the people that are even worse than the ricer..

give car lovers a bad name.

oh and for the record there are PLENTY of very nice mods you can do on lower price range cars.

that makes them very car show worthy as well as track/street worthy.

So, JMapleton, you're unable to enjoy yourself in any car that doesn't scream out that you're an attention whore with way too much money? I'm sorry.

If you can't enjoy driving in a $20k Miata because it's not expensive enough, then you don't know anything about cars. A true driving enthusiast learns how to have fun in whatever price segment they can afford.

My brother, for instance. He's still in college but he saved up some money and got a '90 Supra. It's turbocharged and is a lot of fun to drive. He could have spent the same amount of money on putting shitty mods on his Accord but he didn't because he cares more about the driving experience than the attention.

It's important to make a distinction between driving a car to get noticed and driving a car for the fun of it. If you think a Ferrari is the ultimate driver's car, then you've got a serious case of the former. When you buy a Ferrari, you're paying for a status symbol more than anything. If all you care about is prestige, there will always be someone one-upping you. Why even bother?

Pft you can get a used cl600 for $20k.

Any of those cars you put down (Evo, Sti, 335i, Cobras and 5.0 GTs, etc) would embarrass most of the cars you mention in real world performance.

I'd love to see a Nissan GTR around a real track vs ANY Mustang. It would get pwnt...hard.

You have a low brow attitude in regards to car "performance." 0-60 is not "performance" in my opinion. Acceleration, braking, turning, handling, and overall dependability is what is considered "performance."

And any car I mentioned would get way more women than your car or any of the cars you mentioned.

I don't game. And I've overclocked mine to 4.9Ghz on air. Nice try though.

My tastes in cars has nothing to do with status or bragging. It's about having something unique and true performance, not just an exdeath-ish "let's havaavee a drag race and see who win!!!!!!!ssss yeahhh hawwwww!!!"

Ferrari's have a history and a visual beauty to them. A Miata does not. Nissan GTR has technology and performance. A Miata does not. A Mercedes have power, technology, and history all in one.

Unfortunately even behind the wheel of a Bugatti, you'd still go home alone night after night.

Sure you don't...yet this is the best sig you could come up with.

4.9 on air, lolz.

LOL @ "I drive a Scion until I can afford a Ferrari" :D

Kinda like:
I'm eating McDonald's until I can afford a real 300$/plate restaurant. All these average restaurants aren't good enough for me, so I might as well just eat Big Macs.
