i can't stand to see neons and civics with those loud cannon mufflers. its sooo stupid. what other mods make the driver look like a douche?

I never understood the reasoning behind those "fart cans". I mean, it's a device that defeats the purpose of the muffler. Why pay for it? Wouldn't it be much cheaper just to jab your muffler a few times with a screwdriver?
 
I wonder what happened to all the blue LED's on the windshield washers. Seemed like 1 year everyone had them, now they are gone.

Oh.. I love the fart cans...The fart can equipped driver likes to always drive his little shit box at high revs all the time...Much similar to a harley rider who removed their baffles.

After a year of abuse you see that same car blowing blue smoke because the little shit spent all his money on a fart can and that god-awful wing and his go fast stickers instead of the occasional oil change and routine maintenance.
 
I would say limo tint all around, even the windshield(yes i've seen it, no idea why they would risk that as it isn't legal anywhere).
 
i was at a shop the other day and saw a 2010 challenger with multiple badges on it. how can it be a v10, srt and a 3.5L all at the same time? i ended up popping the hood to see what it actually was, i was hoping it really was the v10. the guy looked like a douche too when i saw him come pick up the car.

Body kits with big mesh grills. Usually the kit doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.

Oh and the newest thing seems to be "the shocker" stickers...
 
Pretty much any external mods at all.

Fart cannon mufflers (really just muffler tips since a lot of people who get those are too poor to afford a catback)
Any kind of body kit
Any aftermarket spoilers
Crappy stick-on badges
Crappy debadging jobs (yep just pry off your old badge it'll look great I promise, no one will notice the holes)
Fake hood vents - these are for BUICKS ONLY. Your Charger is not a Buick; furthermore, you shouldn't go advertising that you cheaped out and got the V6 version.
Painting your brake pads red

Wheels are about the only ones that can be acceptable, and only in certain situations. Most aftermarket wheels look bad. Also, most people tend to get ones that are too big. No, your compact car does not look good with chrome 18" wheels.

They probabel got tired of getting tickets all the time and their car towed.

Blue on the front of a car is illegal.

Fart cans and broken/non-painted bodykits on 10 yr old Tiburons, civics, neons, scions etc...

those stupid ugly ass plastic porthole stickers that usually aren't even in the right place - like on the door or C-pillar (lolwtf?)

Huge rims, often not on all 4 wheels

Fake badges. I'm sorry but your 10 year old Honda Accord is not a GTR.

Jacked up pickup trucks with obligatory 6k/blue HIDs and NO PROJECTORS so they blind everyone on the damn road

Finally, ghetto wannabes with a poorly installed subwoofer in the trunk rattling the trunklid.
 
I honestly don't mind ricer mods. I even give a thumbs up to those who do it well.

However, there are some mods that just don't make sense.

1. Staggered wheel sizes for a FWD car... I mean... wtf?
2. Summer performance 35/30 tires on a truck or any body-on-frame vehicle
3. Lowering by cutting springs
4. Extreme color scheme

Other than that, everything else is tolerable.
