Never fails. I get up for work at 5:30, take a shower, and right before I leave for work, I have to go poop. I finish, hop in the car, and drive 30 minutes to work. About 30 minutes after I get there, I have to go again and afterwards I eat my breakfast in my cube and then I'm fine for the rest of the day.

How do I get to the point where I have to go right after I get up in the morning and not again the rest of the day. Not at work, not after my shower, but right after I get up?

I know other people can do it, why can't i?

Try eating breakfast before you leave for work. Eating might stimulate the process.

Eating does in fact stimulate the urge to defecate. I forget the name of the reflex/response, but it's a real thing. I go every morning after breakfast and then I'm typically good.

Not hungry when I wake up for at least 2 hours, plus, I eat breakfast with the guys at work
