I've managed not to take a Lortab all day but it might just be time...argh!
Don't try to be noble...suck it up and take the dammed pain pills...at least for the first couple of days.
I can't take hydrocodone unless I take it with one or two benadryl...I get a pretty nasty allergic reaction to the stuff.
But oxycontin takes care of the pain for me with no itches and hives...![]()

As bad as it might be, it's probably not as bad as hemorrhoid surgery. I won't even describe what it was like taking a dump for the first week...
Describe please.

Charges at over $15,000 now and the insurance company has paid....
ZERO so far.
It's been nearly 10 weeks. No wonder healthcare is fucked up in this country.

Wow, just looked at the insurance claims (3 so far) and they total ***** $14,300 *****!!!
All for an hour of prep, two hours of surgery, and one hour of recovery!!!
Looks like they told me wrong when they said my part would be $1,100 (I have $600 deductible and 80/20 after that and I understand that insurance will cut this down but I can't see it being cut that much).
