don't you hate it when you go out but end up too drunk to remember anything?

yesterday was the perfect scenario for an awesome time.
I was with friends and hot girls who I could've pursued more with
Getting into the mood, I drank too quickly. For about the first hour, it was going great.. I was pretty much all over one of the girls. Then the alcohol hit me all at once and don't remember what happened after. My friends told me that I was really aggressive with the girl and we were pretty much an item for the night as we danced at the club and hung out. I could've had tons more fun dancing with her other friends and having a good time. I ended up in front of the toilet back at their place... It was embarassing.

Don't let myself get to that point. Went bar hopping last night, friend was so drunk he kept spilling his drinks on me, but I got water of all things.

OP is talking about a black out, apparently this is a reoccurring problem.

no, it happened only 5 times in my life? I don't drink that much.. maybe once a week on a weekend night. I just wanted to have a good time last night and possibly drank too quickly which was bad for yesterday

Whatever helps you sleep at night.

That's what all alcoholics say.

You must feel like such a loser right now. If you don't, you should.

I don't think I've ever had trouble remembering what happened the night before, and I've been to the hospital for alcohol poisoning ;)

Maybe it's because I'm white. Remember how Chappelle explained that white people always tell you exactly how drunk they were? What they drank, how much, what time it was, who else was there?

I've only had one blackout and to this day, my friends have never told me exactly what happened.

it was a new year's eve party. I have some vague recollection of hugging my ex at midnight (which I'd never, ever do sober) and then I woke up several hours later outside in my boxers and a trench coat.

I've never forgotten the previous night ("blacked out") but I've been pretty god damned wasted.

I never drink to the point of excess. The Greeks had the ethos "everything in moderation," and I'm all about the Hellenic culture minus the homosexuality, which is overstated anyway.

Besides, I find life is better with this ethos and I can actually enjoy my time with my friends and not just behave like a drunken monkey.

I have a problem with house parties where they don't have shot glasses and just have plastic cups for all drinks. I always end up getting sh!tfaced at these things.
I am kind of glad to not remember some stuff though ... :)
