I'm sure Russia made an effort to influence the US along with other countries. Do I think Trump was working with Putin to win the election? No. We do know that the Dems have a history of trying to work with Russia to influence elections. We do know that were several efforts from within Mexico,state and private sponsored, to influence our elections.

This is how irrational people like brandonbull have become. I’m positive he’s already convinced himself that Trump’s son, son in law, and campaign manager meeting with a Russian government connected lawyer for the ADMITTED purpose of getting dirt on Clinton isn’t a sign of Trump working with the Russians to change the election. This can’t be true to him even though the emails released by Trump Jr. himself refer to the ‘ongoing efforts of the Russian government to help Trump’.

It’s literally there in black and white and he doesn’t believe it. Total divorce from reality.

Maybe we can play a fun game! You list all the actions taken by Obama during his full eight years that you think were potentially impeachable and then I’ll list all the potentially impeachable offenses Trump has taken in ten months. Then we can compare our lists and see!

I’ll list one to start for Trump: committing the felony of obstruction of justice for firing the director of the FBI because he was investigating ties between Trump’s campaign/administration and the Russian government and then lying about it.

Yes, exactly. It was a totally insane and illogical argument then just as it is now. I imagine it comes somewhat from a combination of a lack of basic understanding of statistics but primarily from the fact that it told you things that conflicted with what you want to believe. When that happens people often don't change their position, they search for reasons to ignore uncomfortable evidence like you did.

I didn't accuse the Trump team of colluding with the Russians. I merely pointed out what the Russians did. You pretend that it didn't happen or didn't matter, that you're not on the same side of the election with them. Face up to it- that's where you are.
