Done, let drop

Signature Vacations, flight from Vancouver to Varadero, Cuba. The f75king printout said the flight is at 1:35 departure which was 1:35AM not PM. It was paid for by Visa. Anybody have ANY experience on this $hit and can anything be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call the airline, see what they can do. If the information they gave you truly did not say AM anywhere, and they refuse to refund, then take it to the CC company.

Bitch at whom? It's not the airlines fault they misread the departure time.

I am still into the old habit of calling the airline a day or two ahead of time to confirm date and time of my flight. In your parent's case, they definitely should've called instead of assuming it was PM.

It definitely would, o it would be in military time.

I am not the one who made the mistake so it's not me who should've known.

This is NOT the point of this thread. The point is whether anyone has been in a similar situation and was able to refund their money or maybe exchange the vacation for a later date and what sort of excuse they used.

Look buddy, maybe if it were the airlines fault your parents missed their flight, they might have some grounds for a dispute. However, it is your parents fault, so any dispute that you might make is going to be total bullsh!t.

Flight times are in military time so stuff like this doesn't happen.
