I just proved above though the documents are legally equivalent, the original birth certificate and what you get today when you ask for record of birth are no where near identical. How can you keep avoiding that fact?

1) hospital born in
2) time of birth
3) ages of parents
4) father occupation
5) signatures of parent or other informant, attendant(witness), local registrar

The real question you need to ask is why the State of HI doesn't provide copies of it but instead provides the current form to any HI born person and how long has it been the current method.

I'm pretty certain I don't have a copy of my original birth certificate and would have to go to my state and accept whatever they provided me as an official document.

I don't have a copy of my original birth certificate. When I needed a copy in 95 for my passport, my hospital sent me one similar to Obama's. Am I a muslim too?

Depends on how difficult it is to pass a forged document as original. But at the very least, we should trust the document issuing authority. If there's no trust there, then you can't trust anything ANY documents issued by said authority whether authentic or forged.

I got a similar replacement birth certificate from North Carolina.

We're not just Muslim; we're Kenyans, brother!
 
I can't believe that idiots are still debating the legitimacy of Obama's birth certificate. The point is and remains, the issue has gone all the way to the top, namely SCOTUS. And when SCOTUS said yes its legit, and therefore it can't be challenged in court, its impossible to officially remove Obama as Prez.

Yet when Trump is the latest birther to pander to the court of public opinion, we have to all wonder what kind of worthless demagog Trump is.

Why don't all the birthers get on a plane to Honoloulu gather around the state capital and stage a protest since that's who they should have a problem with not people born there.
 
Trump said he has uncovered information proving Obama was born in Kenya.

Looks like he is trying to get Obama's Presidency invalidated.

Pretty interesting times ahead indeed.
 
Perhaps Obama should play this for all it's worth. Let the Birther morons work themselves into a tizzy. Then hold a press conference to present the birth certificate while explicitly berating them and declaring them to be morons.

If you want to attack a President, do it on the issues and not the circumstances of his birth.
