Something almost as bad is all the Trump political appointees/loyalists who are burrowing into agencies and gaining civil service protections. Biden won't be able to get rid of those folks very easily.

Granted, this happens at every administration change, but it is different with Trump. Trump has fired virtually every single competent person who has ever worked in his administration. The people left are the most incompetent asslickers imaginable, so it seems like he is trying to create his own "deep state" system.

So Trump has put Rudy Giuliani in charge of lawsuits. I guess Trump already knows he won't win any of them so he puts Rudy out there to keep his base sending in donations. Kind of like putting Helen Keller in charge of audio and video at a concert. So the grift is probably going to continue until his last day of office. Speaking of grifts - How much will Trump continue to rake in forcing Secret Service to pay to use his properties while he golfs the rest of his life. I’m trying not to worry yet. Vote counts must be certified by November 20th, IIRC. If Trump doesn’t concede then, and open up all the necessary gov't resources for the transition team - then I’ll I’ll get pissed off. It'll be game over and Republicans in office need to officially admit Biden's win and move on. This whole transition thing is sooooo insane. All of the states have been called, Joe Biden won, and yet thousands still believe that Donald Trump will prevail? And Donald Trump thinks that he will prevail? I seriously think it's now time to impose the provisions of the 25th Amendment.
