I don't think Pelosi will drag Pence into it unless his hands are covered in blood but I do think Pompeo and Barr are gonna be in it with Trump.
 
I guess nobody Tumpelstiltskin coups are illegal and impeachment is legal and prescribed by the Constitution.

He fired everyone who could have reminded him.

I find it hard to believe if Trump(0), Pompeo(4) and Barr(7) are in it Pence(1) can come out clean. For sure Pence(1) knew things and I don't think it is up to Pelosi(2) to decide.

* Numbers are line of succession, just something that pop up in my mind. If likely don't mean anything.

Is Pence under any obligation to proactively disclose anything?
I have a feeling Pence is the guy all the deplorable’s hide stuff from and giggle at him when he enters the room.
This isn’t saying Pence’s hands are clean and he doesn’t suspect anything. I’m just saying I doubt he is kept in the loop with anything.

It may be that Pence will be offered a chance to resign with some preconditions, such as no pardoning anyone. If not then information about his involvement naturally comes out.
 
Should Trump be removed from office I figure Pence will succeed him & appoint a new VP, then lose the election. His mind fuck talents don't even approach those of the Donald.
 
While I still have a hard time imagining that Trump actually gets convicted I would have to say I've upgraded my estimate from zero to something not zero. This all looks really bad.

I mentioned this a long time ago and I wonder what people will do - I suspect if Trump sees the writing on the wall he will attempt to cause some sort of disaster of unprecedented proportions and then offer to exchange it for an agreement that he not be prosecuted once out of office. I wonder what people will do.

It'd be irresponsible to not. If you're going to impeach, you gotta impeach everyone else it looks like you were targeting trump. Trumpsters will bitch and moan no matter what so no sense trying to make the peace with them. Just follow the law, let the constitution be on your side, and you'll be in the right.

So the Donald Trump presidency is a coup, and Trump has called the Mueller investigation a coup, and now the impeachment process is also a coup.
So... how many coup's does that make us so far?

When a president would rather TRUST and COLLUDE with foreigners before trusting his own American institutions, and when a president makes secretive phone calls and has secretive contacts with foreign governments to undermine our own American government, and when a president surrounds himself with others that also collude and support the presidents collusion, well.... I'd say BINGO!

Trump doesn't need impeaching, he needs as in his own words he needs to be treated as they treated traitors back in the old days.

The likely of a military coup is not likely at all and if it happened then "the military" would wind up shooting themelves and US citizens. The Oath is not to the CIC, it is to the Constitution although some might be for it.

And what would it achieve? Communications would be sabotaged and Trump would be stuck inside a building for the rest of his life with the real President presiding somewhere else until Trump is evicted and any soldiers put against the wall and shot and no I'm not kidding.

Pelosi will not want to drag Pence into this, but Trump is all but saying that he is going to. Trump is signaling to the GOP that they can't trade him in for Pence, if he goes down they are going to get President Pelosi. It is classic Trump, if he can't have it his way he will burn it all down.
